User App
Available on Google Play and the App Store is an integrated user app. As a true "virtual garage," it was designed to pair and register more Ducati Urban e-Mobility products. In addition, the User App provides real-time chat support and continuous monitoring of the vehicle's key functions and locations.
Frame
The frame is made of aluminum alloy, whose properties guarantee high-level performances. The easy-folding mechanism combined to the lightness and sturdiness of the aluminum allows to fold the e-scooter with just one gesture, making it possible to carry it with minimal effort. In addition, the reinforced folding system includes an innovative anti-vibration mechanism, making the vehicle more stable and enhancing safety.
Wheels
