All Progear Bikes and E-Bikes come 80% - 90% assembled in the box. We’ve already fitted the major components to get you most of the way there. When your bike arrives, you’ll just need to complete a few final steps, including tuning and adjusting, to ensure everything is ready to ride. Each bike includes clear assembly instructions to guide you through the process.

Tricycles and E-Tricycles on the other hand, will arrive fully disassembled and come with detailed instructions. As most tricycles require around 60% of the assembly to be completed, we recommend having them assembled by a skilled bicycle mechanic for the best safety and performance.

While assembly is a fairly simple process, please bear in mind that our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, so if you’re not confident assembling the bike yourself, we do recommend that you have your local bike shop assemble it for you.
