For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” means Elite Electronics and “you” and “your” means the user or customer of this website.
The following is the Agreement which applies to your use of our web pages for the purchase of online goods. By browsing through the Website, opening an Account, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please note that this Agreement may be amended from time to time due to technological and applicable law changes.
We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.
All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Because of differences in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product at the time of placing an order. The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but in some cases does not include postage/delivery charges.
It is recommended but not required that you create an account on our website to purchase from us.
We retain absolute discretion to refuse to allow an account to be established, to terminate accounts, to remove or edit content where the account has not been kept in accordance with these terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to provide your exact email address, delivery address, billing address and telephone number and to keep these up to date. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering or incorrect delivery of your ordered product.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (including password) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your membership. Your password and account details are stored on a secure server for ease of use in processing future orders or for warranty claims. The information is only used to process your orders, for statistical purposes that may improve our website and its services, and to allow us to notify you of special offers or new products via our newsletters. Please refer to our Privacy Statement on this website. No credit card details are stored by us.
We will take reasonable steps to secure the website and the systems in our control that are used to access and use the website. However, given the nature of the internet, it is sometimes unreliable and is a difficult medium to secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or any information that passes through such systems.
Your order will be dispatched on the same business day if payment has cleared into our account before the 11am cut off time. After this time, your order will be dispatched within the next business day.
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
We use AusPost, Fastway, StarTrack, iCumulus, and various other delivery services at our discretion. If no one is present, a card will be left advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
The displayed delivery time frames are estimates only. The actual delivery time is dependent on the shipping location, shipper's processing capacity and other unforeseeable factors i.e. nature disasters, accidents etc. We cannot be held responsible for any courier-related delivery delays.
We can not authorise 'Authority to Leave' for high valued parcels.
For international orders, we use either Express Courier International or Registered Airmail. Please contact us for the postage cost and approximate transit time to your country.
International customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges.
All products are Australian stock, and where applicable, they come with Australian compliant power plugs and will not come with international plugs. Please ensure the voltage is compatible with your country or contact us to confirm before purchasing.
*We offer free shipping on almost all of the products we sell, the only exception being bulky items and to NT, WA & NZ locations. For more details, please see exclusions & ETA on the product page.
Payment must be received within 5 business days from the time the order has been processed. If you can not make this timeline, please notify us of your situation otherwise your order will be removed from our systems.
We may at our discretion request for additional information to verify credit card payments.
Paypal is not accepted for local pickups. Available methods are bank transfer and zipMoney before, or cash and EFTPOS on pickup.
All refunds made through PayPal for the below cases will incur a 4% non-refundable transaction fee.

- order cancellation; as a result of, but not limited to, invalid/incorrect delivery address
To make a warranty claim against any product with manufacturing defects, you must first contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RA) form. Once approved, you must send the defective product with all original contents, accompanied by proof of purchase and the RA form to the provided address. Products returned without an RA number will be rejected.
You are responsible for the return postage costs. You must ensure that the items are carefully packed in suitable packaging for safe transport to prevent damage during transportation. Insufficient packaging will result in warranty being voided should any damage occur in transit. Items must be returned via traceable means and be electronically trackable during transportation and delivery.
You will not incur any parts or labour costs associated with the repair. If the defective item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the account from where the payment was received.
You are responsible for inspecting the product received from Elite Electronics upon arrival. Where products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage must be taken and emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery. Some couriers will refuse transit damage claims beyond this time frame.This warranty does not cover:
- Damage to products or parts caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, use, operation or failure to follow instructions contained in the manual for the operation and use of the product, water, fire, electricity surges, spikes or overloads, vermin or other animals.
- Damage to products or parts caused by improper installation not in accordance with the installation instructions provided with the product or part.
- Damage to products or parts resulting from repair or attempted repair by a person who is not an authorised repairer of Elite Electronics or the manufacturer of the products or parts.
- Any products or parts where the serial number has been removed, modified or defaced.
- Speakers and subwoofers with blown, burnt or blackened voice coils, or other damage resulting from electrical surges, spikes or overloads.
- Products or parts tested by Elite Electronics that are found to be not faulty or the described fault cannot be reproduced. In this case, Elite Electronics reserves the right to charge an assessment fee as well as a return shipping fee before the product or part can be returned to you.
- The replacement of parts necessary due to normal wear and tear.
- The costs of removal and return of the products or parts to Elite Electronics or an authorised repairer/service centre including packaging and freight costs and the costs of re-installation of the product on return.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.
The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of the product.
We reserve the right to reject any ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Incorrect Purchase’ return requests abided by Australian Consumer Law. A 20% Restocking fee + a Handling fee at our discretion may apply if we elect to approve a return under these circumstances.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 14 days from the received date. Upon return of the faulty item and confirmation of the fault, the buyer may elect for a replacement or full refund.
Items intended as gifts or otherwise should be inspected for physical damage as such claims beyond the DOA period will be rejected.
No refund or replacement will be issued until we have received and assessed the returned product, and the fault has been confirmed.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Statement.
