Automotive Intake Air Temperature Sensor Module with Daisy-Chain Functionality
This sensor module accurately measures the air intake temperature of almost any intake manifold. It is ideal for an intercooler, or even aftercooler applications. Any K-Type thermo couple is compatible with this. Up to 32 Sensor Modules can be daisy-chained together in the PLX iMFD system & it can be connected to any PLX Multi-Gauge thanks to the the digital serial output port.
This air intake temp sensor module can also be used as a "stand alone" unit, as it is capable of interfacing with third party hardware where both the analog output and digital output are available simultaneously. The PLX SM-AIT has a temperature measurement range of 32 all the way up to 631 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 0 to 333 degrees Celsius.
