Can I use the Dayton DTA-2.1BT2 amp with more than two speakers?
Unfortunately, for optimal performance, the Dayton DTA-2.1BT2 amplifier is designed to work only with 2 speakers and 1 passive subwoofer. Powering more speakers may damage the amp or the speakers (IE using the subwoofer channel to power speakers).
Can I cast music from my Bluetooth device to the Dayton DTA-2.1BT2?
Of course you can! Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth functionality on the Dayton DTA-2.1BT2 amplifier, you are able to stream music from your Bluetooth enabled devices, as it is one of the few audio inputs this amplifier accepts. You can also use stereo RCA or AUX inputs, aside from Bluetooth.
What is the difference between the DTA-2.1BT and DTA-2.1BT2?
The main difference is the slight design change as well as the new functionality allowing you to adjust the subwoofer crossover frequency.
Very good power amp for my sim racing PC
Using this power amp for my sim racing pc powering Martin Logan motion 20s floor speakers. Power amp is crisp and clear. Thank you for adding Bluetooth. I can pair it with my iPhone and play Spotify music. It’s a very good power amp. Save me from buying a stereo receiver. Thank you!

Great sound superb bluetooth small size!!
I brought this amp to power my Polk Atrium outdoor subwoofer and speakers. I needed something small in size yet powerful and this amp fits the bid. The sound is great it has subwoofer connections and works great with my passive sub. The blue tooth works great and I am able to have the amp inside my kitchen and it stays connected while I am outback on my patio. The only thing it is missing is an remote but thats not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this amp!

The Little Amp that Could
Needed an amp to drive a pair of B&W 600's but also liked the added bluetooth input for mobile devices. Currently using a vintage Teac cassette deck, new Fluance RT81 turntable and a Schiit DAC/Preamp as sources. Sound is great from all sources and the in line DAC's (phone preamp into Mac and Schiit DAC out) produce a crisp and hearty sound into my vintage B&W speakers. The only thing to get used to with this amp is that the power and source selection is done via the same button.

An amazing cmpact amp with seamless blue-tooth connectivity
When connected to decent speakers you get great clear sound. Allows for perfect balance between the main speakers and the sub-woofer with more power than you need, and because it is blue-tooth which connects seamlessly with any device (laptop or phone) it is amazing.

The unit seemed to have a lot of power but the sound quality was a bit off compared with the Fosi unit I use in another room. YMMV of course.

can't disconnect connected BT devices
it's annoying that you have to go find the person that has connected, to kick them off, so that you can pair. Other amps, when entering pairing mode, kick everyone off.
