Yes, you can connect 4 or 8 ohm speakers to this amplifier. It will output 75 watts x 2 at 4 ohms or about 30 watts at 8 ohms.

Dayton Audio APA150 !!!

A strong little amp that, though, there are many ways to hook it up, the thing just amplifies. That's it. Nothing else that could negatively effect the sound !! And it is inexpensive. I bought two over time, to bi-amp & bi-wire. Its great ! I have three speakers on each one and it drives them well. ( only one speaker is currently bi-wired) An awesome amplifier to build from. Thanks !

Very good amp

It sounds very clean and detailed. A truly high end sound and it would be a perfect match with a nice tube preamplifier. But in my opinion, it’s designed more for bookshelves or surrounds speakers. Not enough power to drive floor standing speakers. It would be nice if the company came out with a new version of 150 watts/channel in 4 Ohms instead of 75 watts/channel. Not sure yet if am going to keep it because I need more power for my surrounds speakers.
