Excellent experience with this product so far.

Everything worked as described. The unit is rugged and I had no problems getting the unit to charge and power devices. I haven't really stress tested the product, but have done extensive research on this unit. The PV package is well constructed and the panels feel pretty rugged. The ability to expand the batteries with additional packs was a big contributor to the value of this system. I recommend this product.

Excellent piece of mind!

Wonderful product! I have test it with a full drain twice now. The first was just odd and ends and I though it would never die. The second I ran my 18 cf fridge for a little over 2 days.It is a little noice while charging off of grid power but tolerable. I opted for the twin 200W portable panels. I intend to put those through their paces soon too.

excellent product

Bought this unit last year along with two 500 wh units. Use the two 500 wh ($500 ea) units for DC apps only (lights and fans). They last a couple of days depending on the power drain. I use the EB240 to power an ICECO frig (the 60+ qt size). it powers the ICECO for at least 3-4 days. I just bought a second EB240 because they are now on sale. I can charge one while the other is working. By the way, the ICECO fridge is a top quality product and holds an awful lot of food. I have two ICECO friges and have had them both full of food for over a week without any issues. Use one for frig and the other as freezer.

this powerpack is a beast

when I got this i fully charged it and decided to put it through a few tests it passed all it powered my 70 inch TV router modem and streaming box for 12 hours and it had 20% power left the next day i ran my 24cbft whirlpool refrigerator and ran it for 12 hours it still had 3 of 5 bars left when i quit this unit doesn't have all the bells and whistles some other units have BUT it has what counts plenty of POWER I bought this for power outages and it will work fine I wish the inverter was bigger than 1000 watts but it will work for most people I'm not trying to run microwaves or anything like that

Reliable backup power

I've owned the Bluetti eb240 for around 2 years. It has a somewhat limiting 1000 watt AC output. On the other hand the inverter sips power from the batteries when it is on. The charger used to be 160 watts. I think it is 200, now. The charger does not do a fast charge. Just like an iPhone, charging speed is limited to protect the battery. You can charge up to 500 watts per hour with solar panels. This unit worked well during the Texas Freeze of 2021. It powered my gas stove, giving the house enough heat to be bearable. It also allowed us to run a couple of l.e.d. lamps and charge the tablets. It is not a whole home backup. If you powered a 100 watt bulb, with the eb240, it would last about 18 hours. It will easily power you through a 4-6 hour outage. If you invest in 800 watts of solar panels and connect them properly, you can recharge in about a day, making this useful for extended outages. It's probably the best back up power source for apartments that you will find because it gives several hours of use before it is exhausted. If you use 5 volt led bulbs and fans, with the ac off, this would last almost a week.If you need real power, a gas generator blows this away. Of course that has cons too, such as noise, refueling and not being allowed in appartments.

This thing is a beast

Wow, this battery is big. It's rather slow to charge, but only because of how large the capacity is. It's a little heavy for me to maneuver, but I love this battery bank anyways. The handle and case feel solid and trustworthy, and I have not had this overheat. I'm careful to not go over 1000 watts of power usage, so hopeful this battery lasts me a long time.

Simple, easy to use and best capability for money

I use the other solar chargers and they are a jokeThis one with 4 panels(230w a panel) in series parallel is amazing. In the dead on winter with only 3 hours or direct sunlight i can charge this pack 1/2 way.In spring and fall that number will improve.Few things they can improve on-Allow 1kW solar input (would help for when we have limited sun)-more usbc ports or allow 100w usb c port- inverter can be biggerBut for the price to perform this product is a sweet spot

Lots of stored power.

Glad I bought the highest watt hour battery for the money. Beautiful build, surprisingly it came relatively fast especially during this Covid-19’s era. This thing is heavy but manageable. Yes it lacks some features like surge power, higher charging speed, better more informative display but this Bluetooth delivers where it is most important-Stored energy.

Not enough power to run a 700W microwave

Overall nicely packaged unit. It seems to work fine for small loads but was disappointed that it's unable to adequately power the lowest power microwave you can purchase (700 watts). It will run for about 1 minute and 25 seconds before cutting out. Display showed 1080 watts of consumption but didn't operate for the full 2 mins (1000-1200W). I bought the microwave just so I can run it off this unit as I know it can't power my existing 1000 watt microwave. Further, the microwave rapidly clicked and the screen rapidly flashed at start up on one occasion so I had to unplug it fearing it could damage the microwave. I tested the microwave after on normal grid power and it works fine so I'm speculating the Bluetti wasn't able to keep up with the start up current. Since the microwave was the most important appliance to operate I will either have to find a microwave that stays under the 1000W threshold or return it and buy a unit that includes a 1200W+ inverter. Bluetti should remove the microwave from their ad since even 700W microwaves consume slightly more than 1000 watts

Poorest instructions I've seen yet.

Talk about poor to no instructions this is it. Guess they think everyone who buys this has used a battery powered generator before.
