Cost effective self emptying robot vacuum but good quality and does a great job
This is my first self emptying robot vacuum and so far its great. I've had normal robot vacuums for years but always frustrated at how often they need emptied. This is a game changer and will make things so much easier. I have it set to empty once a day an you can see how much it gathers on a daily basis. The robot is much smaller than the ones I had before so sits neater even though there is now a larger charging station with the dust collector. This laser navigation maps out the room accurately and it cleans effectively and systemically. You can see on the app the exact route it takes. It also allows you to split your home into different rooms and have specific schedules which I haven't used yet. The app works well - and gives lots of different features and options which is helpful. Other apps I've used for different robot vacuums had lots of bugs and didn't always work seamlessly. This one seems to work great. Overall I'd highly recommend! For the past few years the price of self emptying ones have been well outside of my budget but this one was a great price and was from a brand that had a good track record with spares and updates etc - so seems a good investment.

I would definitely buy it again
I've had the Proscenic Q20 Plus for a week and I'm very happy with it. Compared to the one I had before it's such a massive improvement. Setting up the app (which is always stressful for me) is a breeze very intuitive. It maps your home really quickly and you can modify it if you want to be more specific partitioning areas further (for example separating the ensuite bathroom from the master bedroom). And if you don't want to download the app (which I recommend though) just press start and you're ready to go. It has three options: hoovering mopping or both. You can choose the suction power the amount of water used for the mopping depending on the type of floor you have the order in which you want it to clean the different rooms and so much more. It doesn't bump into objects (like my previous one used to do) and it's very quiet. So far I'd absolutely recommend it I think it really is good value for money.

Great product time saver
Great product works really well was easy to set up it saves alot when all you gotta do is set a timer or start from app save time hovering i like all the different options you have in the app to change settings and features also like how it tells you how much life is left on the brushes. I have recommended this to a few friends nd famiy members.

Absolutely love my q20+ robot. So East to connect to wifi and create maps I love that I can partitions for all my rooms which allows the robot to concentrate where I need it most. Upstairs it fits under my beds. I couldn't be without it now. Unfortunately the firstrobot I received got broken in transit but the customer service team looked after the problem quickly and I received mynew robot

I'm happy with it
After searching extensively for the perfect automated cleaner I finally settled on this robot and it has exceeded my expectations. The bagless feature is a standout; the bin is surprisingly high-capacity and takes a long time to get full which saves me from constant maintenance. Performance-wise it is a powerhouse. It navigates around tight corners with impressive precision ensuring no dust bunnies are left behind. Since I use it mostly on carpet I was worried about suction but it does a very thorough job of lifting debris. Despite its strength the machine is remarkably silent allowing it to clean without disrupting my daily routine and work. Battery is also very good the robot doesn't have to stop the work to recharge it can clean it all in just one charge. The software side is equally polished. The app is incredibly intuitive making it simple to set up no-go zones and customized cleaning schedules that have never failed to trigger. Overall I am incredibly happy with this purchase and the convenience it brings to my home.
