ICarsoft MB 4.0 has good value for the money
This scanner found an issue that was causing parasitic draw on my Mercedes GL 450. The solution requires a dealer or dedicated Mercedes shop. This scanner will allow a user to diagnose and clear most codes. It will not perform operations that must be done with dealer level scanners. It supports routine maintenance but should not be considered a replacement for the Star system scanners.

Wireless updates and touchscreen
Had an iCarsoft MB V3.0 and decided to upgrade. The V4.0 is quicker to load up and the wireless updates are less hassle. Plus it is touchscreen. Not a bad price and you can add 2 extra vehicle brands all with free lifetime updates. Very happy.

Not Terrible just not great
I bought this to diagnose a problem with my Sprinter rear doors. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use and the device loads quickly. It performs the majority of functions just not the one I need. It does not read rear door or sliding door status. The unit cannot read the VIN so you have to type it in. It is ok for a bargain.
