After much searching online to fine the right marine stereo for my needs, I stumbled on Elite Electronics, the best little trip I could could have made!! I’m very happy with my DNA MA4B, looks great, sounds even better than I thought it would for the money, with some serious quality thrown in. Mary in sales was so helpful with my inquiries, and very quick to email the information I needed the ( within the hour) the same day. I received my order super fast, three days Melbourne to Sydney, pretty good I’d say!! I’ll be a returning customer for sure, and highly recommend Elite 👍👍👍👍👍

Swift delivery and timely reply. Quick summary: Ordered on Monday night, dispatch confirmation Tuesday afternoon. Tracked to courier warehouse by Wednesday night. Delivered to my door by Thursday at 1pm. Detailed summary: Ordered a foldable treadmill for around $720 on Monday night and paid via PayPal. Received the automated email instantly. Their website states they dispatch orders after 11am each day and I hadn't received a 'real' email regarding my order by 2pm, so I enquired about its status. Coincidentally, the dispatch email arrived a moment after I sent my email, meaning they only send those out upon dispatch, which makes sense. As I live near their warehouse, I was curious to see whether they would use a local delivery service, but my order was treated like any other and on this occasion was picked up by Hunter Express just before 5pm on Tuesday afternoon. I received a follow-up email to my enquiry the following day, so about a 24hr response time. Hunter Express only updated my tracking once they had scanned the item into their Melbourne facility in Dandenong on Wednesday evening. They provided an approximate delivery period by Friday at the latest. The following morning on Thursday, I checked the tracking number and it mentioned that my item was on board for delivery by around 12.07pm. I figured the time wouldn't be 100% accurate, but it was nice to have a ballpark idea of when to expect it. The driver arrived just before 1pm and carried the heavy item over his shoulder directly through my front door and was quite friendly about it. I just had to confirm my name upon arrival. I opened the box up immediately, so I could make sure the treadmill worked properly. There were no issues and it worked perfectly. So to sum up, Elite Electronics probably won't make an exception to your order even if you live only 10mins away from their warehouse. So perhaps go for the pick up option if you're keen to get it faster. Their email response time may take a day, but I didn't have an urgent enquiry, so not sure if they would respond faster for those queries. Even though Hunter Express has a poor reputation online, the couple of times I've had them deliver to me, I've had no problems and they got to me quickly. Happy with my experience all up and can recommend Elite Electronics.

Swift delivery and timely

Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive. Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick. Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order). I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package. Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end. Thanks, EE for delivering so quickly and your exceptional customer service, despite ALL the issues being with the customer!

As the title says, they are above and beyond with their customer service. Had a warranty issue to sort out with a headunit, no hassle whatsoever. Within a week, the issue was sorted! They were very accommodating to my situation and made the whole process stress free. All communication via email, was punctual. Highly recommended.
