New. No problems. Showed up faster than promised. The garmin works. Nice screen. Boots up faster than older models. Took a while to establish connection with phone. You have to initiate the bluetooth search from the phone, not the garmin.

Great computer for cyclist. I see a lot of plus in this NEW EDGE 1030, 1.) Bigger screen2.) External Battery 3.) New soft.....minus in this Edge 10301.) price must be much lower 2.) the body must be more sturdy, should not crashed off when falling.3.) there should not be a need to acquire rubber cover.4.) in this price must be include H9 screen protection !!!5.) with this all protection and battery for min. 6h EDGE must be weight only 99 grams.

(Not secure enclosure and screen !!!)Poorly thought-out system of fastening at strong shaking on a dirt road fastening are destroying.must be include screen protection in this very high prices !!!
