Working well so far.

So far so good. Charging for initial use. Looks like good quality. FedEx has messed up the shipping but that's not the sellers fault.

Best way to get into solar... with some caveats.

UPDATES01/28/2021: Received new solar charging cable and it took care of the issue I was having. Upped review to 5 stars. This is a solid industry-leading product with the backing from a company that you can trust. With an initial investment that's over two thousand dollars, I am glad that I went with Ecoflow. Fully recommend it.01/18/2021: Ecoflow has been very responsive to emails requesting tech support. Other folks have complained about poor tech support, but so far I've had no issues in that regard. They sent me a burner box to fix the firmware problem that was preventing me from using my 3 Ecoflow solar panels in series. The burner box arrived without instructions, but it was really easy to use and it fixed the problem on my first try. Also the firmware update appears to have made the solar station more efficient as far as powering the AC outlets. I've posted a picture of the Delta 1300 with the burner box attached. Thank you, Ecoflow, for that. Now I have a problem with the solar charge cable. Sometimes the unit will stop charging while in broad Phoenix daylight -- trust me, lack of sun is not the problem. I've tried troubleshooting this issue myself but the only thing that works is when I jiggle the negative connector in the Ecoflow solar charge cable; then the unit resumes charging. I've contacted Ecoflow about that. Will post an update when this issue gets resolved. I've also upped my initial review from 3 stars to 4 stars because they helped me solve the firmware issue quickly.ORIGINAL REVIEWI rent a house in Phoenix, AZ, and I've been curious about solar for a while. Since I can't install panels in a home that I don't own, I decided to get into it via the Ecoflow Delta 1300 portable solar station. My setup includes 3 Ecoflow 110W solar panels.First, here are what I consider to be the advantages:- Portable if you need it to be. The panels fold down nicely into 9lb "briefcases" and the main unit itself weighs a manageable 31lbs. I was surprised at how small it looks in person.- Solar panels are very efficient. Even in the "dead of winter" in Phoenix if there's such a thing, I am getting about 100W per panel when the sun is highest overhead.- Very simple to use. I've found nothing complicated about how the cables should be connected or about how to interpret the information on the display panel. Bear in mind that this is my very first solar station.- Passthrough charging. For those of you who are concerned about the sucky 800-cycle battery limit at which point it will only charge to 60% capacity, be aware that you can still use the solar passthrough feature to power your home devices if you use cables that are long enough. I just got this unit 2 days ago so battery capacity is not yet a concern, but passthrough is a feature I am already using since it allows me to benefit from solar energy daily beyond the 1kWh storage limit of the battery.- Decent customer service. You will hear a real-world anecdote about this later on.Now for the drawbacks:- You don't get to use every watt in the battery. I connected a fan that consumed 50Wh with supposedly 710W left in the tank. The Delta projected 15 hours of power but the unit shut down after just 10 hours of use. The Delta 1300 seems to be very inefficient.- In a time when solar stations are boasting 2000-cycle batteries, getting an 800-cycle max is lame.- The XT60 to MC4 cable is relatively short at 3.5m (11.5ft). For a company that reminds you not to put the solar station in direct sun light, they should also give you a cable long enough to help you keep the unit in the shade. The cable is also 14AWG and it doesn't feel durable. It should ideally be 12AWG.- The Delta 1300 apparently has been shipping with a bug that prevents you from using three 110W solar panels in series; you can only get solar charge with two panels in series. I have heard of another customer who had my same issue. However, this takes me to the good anecdote about customer service.Ecoflow customer support has been very responsive. This is my very first solar station so I had a number of questions. They have answered every single one of them. When I couldn't use my three solar panels in series, they told me that they would send me a device to perform a firmware upgrade that will solve the issue for me. The portable solar space is extremely competitive right now, so it's good to have invested $2,200 of my hard earned money with a company that treats me with respect.I will come back and post an update after I receive the promised device and perform the firmware upgrade. I will let you all know how that went. Stay tuned.

Awesome high powered, fast charge, long running charger

I bought this charger for a tw-week long cross-country camper van trip. I plugged it into the 12v power supply in the van while on the road. It worked like a champ. I brought it home and it now serves as a UPS protecting my computer equipment and home entertainment system. It draws 760 Watts and during a windstorm that brought our electric up and down throughout a two day period all of that equipment ran flawlessly. I’m working from home as a software developer and at times I was working in the dark but never lost connectivity.

Very efficient, dependable, and versatile back up generator.

Noise level gets a little annoying after running for a while but not unbearable. I love the fact that it recharges fully in less than three hours. I haven’t recharged using solar yet, otherwise I would give 5 stars. I have no regrets with this purchase.

Broken handle when received.

The EF Ecoflow portable power station 1260Wh was broken on arrival(seepictures) I was extremely disappointed and immediately put in for a replacement and they did send me a return label to do so. After reading a review from another customer, I was nervous about sending it back in fear I would not be sent a replacement so I canceled the return and will just take my chances with this one because it is a lot of money. So far the unit is charging okay and I tested it on plugging my freezer to it and it worked fine. Time will tell I guess. UPDATE: ECOFLOW HAS WORKED WITH ME AND SENT ME A NEW HANDLE TO INSTALL. i HAVE CANCELED THE RETURN AND WILL KEEP IT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLANT AND THE POWER STATION SO FAR IS WORKING GREAT. i TOOK OFF 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE IT ARRIVED WITH A BROKEN HANDLE.
