Fun, colorful and accurate
I live where it’s usually windy. When I saw this I thought it would be fun. I like the color read out, easier to see. The temperature is accurate (indoor and outdoor) and from what I can tell the wind speed is as well. I really enjoy this weather station.

wind temp no work.
I have e-mailed La Crosse Technology and finally got a response back to my mail that the temp did not work in the wind gauge. They said they were sending me a new sensor and it may nor look the same. It was a temp sensor so was not what I needed. I e-mailed that they sent the wrong part and have not to hear from them in 2 weeks.I am going to buy another brand next time as there service is non existent now.

Wind measurement doesn’t work. Bad customer service.
Could only give it two stars because the wind measurement does not work. Have tried troubleshooting, and still can’t get it to work. Unfortunately we’re stuck with it because husband took too long to finally set it up. It appears that temp readings are accurate - would also rather one that doesn’t need to be plugged in- my fault for not reading entire product needs- just saw wireless and thought entire system was wireless. If wind speed worked and was completely wireless would have given 5 stars.Update- customer service is horrible - delayed responses. Told me mine was out of 1 year warranty so they couldn’t help- i was well within the one year. They actually closed ticket and blocked my email from responding. I was polite, and reasonable. Will not by this brand again. Good (and bad) Customer service goes a long way in my eyes.Never was able to get wind device to work. An $80 loss for me.

Bad outside sensor design
Battery compartments for the outside sensors are not waterproof. Just over a year an the wind and temperature sensors are inoperative because of corruption. Hard to mount them where they will be protected from water and still give accurate readings

Don’t purchase it doesn’t last!
I have bought three LaCrosse weather stations in the last three years. The first two lasted approximately a year when sections of the display area disappeared. I was happy they lasted a year. My last purchase was in December of 2019; the display has already begun to disappear. I have followed the instructions, replacing batteries, unplugging & removing the batteries, all a waist of time & money. Save your money & buy another device!
