For older aging eyes this is absolutely the BEST clock-thermometer that I have ever found. Not only is the time displayed mostly without frills in extremely large numbers, but the inside and outside temperatures are shown in very large format, without all the phases of the moon and other useless frills that so many of these devices have. Honestly if they left the day, month and date off it would be perfect, as all I want are the time, the outside and inside temperatures, and in the largest size letters they can use, as my vision just isn't quite there any more.

This is terrific for seniors which is great since I bought it for one. Most clocks show the day, if they show it at all in small print. This one shows the full name of the day in a large size with no abbreviations which makes it much more legible.

I was surprised at the size of this clock when I opened the box, and it only got better as I went, so I even ordered a second one for another location in my home. The quality and looks are Great, and there are two levels of brightness, bright enough to work as a night light. There is an optional format depending on preference, has atomic time measuring, and is a lot of bang for your buck. I would recommend these to anyone.

My 85 yr. old mother was having problems remembering what day it was. I was worried that she might not take her medicine on the proper day. This clock was PERFECT! The day display is large and easy to read. Also the days are not abbreviated so she can't make any mistakes.

When someone you know doesn't know what day it is, then it's impossible to keep on track with medicines and events occurring on a particular day. This clock clearly shows the day of the week and the month and day, as well. In addition, it is battery powered and will not be affected by a power outage, It can be hung on a wall or stood up with the stand .

I have only used the item for a few weeks. I do not know how it will hold up. After a few months I would be willing to do another review.To give a high recommendation to just purchased tech items is foolish. I have a cellphone that I have used for 2 months which is just now giving me some issues.This clock seems to be a great product but only time will tell. The 2 yeses were guesses.

This clock is easy to read, and was a perfect gift for my 100 year old mother-in-law. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the buttons are not hidden. If you pick up the clock to dust or move it, you might change the display. For an older non tech person, that is a minor issue.

This clock is great for the day of the week displayed as well as the month and date. The illumination is a little hard to see at times.

I was under the impression that this clock will auto-set once powered on. It still needs to be manually set to include you're time zone. There is no "signal" icon indication anywhere on the screens. So I'm not even sure if its receiving any radio signals. Other than that, this clock is very well designed with various display modes. It has a real brushed aluminum front face. The high-contrast characters separate well from the gray LCD background thus facilitating easy viewing from just about any angle. There is also a back-lit version of this clock also worth checking out.
