Love the large display with all info quickly visible. Easy to set up and use. Connection to mobile phone allows access while away. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Weather Station BUT (please read)
Great deal on this station. I wanted one that could connect to Weather Underground and this does. A big word of caution: if you are an Android guy like me then find a friend who is an iPhone guy or gal. I spent hours trying to set up the View app and connect to the station and wifi to no avail with my Galaxy 5. Well my son came over the next day and I asked him to try with his iPhone. He downloaded the app and had everything working in under 10 minutes and then my Android app found it and worked great. SO there is a reason why the Android app gets a 2.1 out of 5 stars and the IOS (iPhone) app gets a 4.1. So I purchased an iPhone 5 for $35 (with a small crack on the glass) off eBay since so I can now choose whichever platform has the best app for View, my OBD2 car diagnostic (wifi/BT) etc from now on. No need to have cell service as long as you have wifi and now I have access to both platforms. The station is working great and a delight to look at and the wifi connection has been perfect for days. I will add a sensor for our greenhouse next so I can monitor that as well. Love it.Read full review...

Very nice outfit
This weather station is more accurate than my old one, especially with the wind speed and direction and also with the amount of rain. I highly recommend it. for the $100 you can't do any better.

Disappointed that the phone app doesn’t show wind direction, wind speed only. The price I paid should include a wind direction unit, not rely on Accuweather reports...

Its OK
I bought this Open Box and that was my mistake. The wind and rain sensors were bad out of the box. I ordered new ones from La Crosse and they worked great and I got them in a day. The WIFI connect works but gives the wrong sunset times and wind speed. La Crosse has a fix for that which they will push out this week. Other than that it is working fine except the app does not show wind direction just speed.

Wifi won't lock in. Constantly dropping it more than it's hooked up to wifi. Hate the app.
If I were you, I wouldn't opt for the wifi version of this. Getting it to hook up to wifi was a task. I had to separate modem bands, reset, reset, reset and when I finally got it to hook up to wifi (right next to the router) it keeps dropping wifi. I mean constantly so the app doesn't work even 10% of the time.Not happy, but won't send it back. Too much hassle and I'll just use it for Inside outside temps, but I can't count on any forecast because of the erratic wifi.This is supposed to be the professional model.
