The image is clear and easy to install

Easy installation and setup. Cameras are very clear, day and night. Installed on the weekend and sent an email to tech support about a minor camera issue they responded on Monday, by then I had the issue resolved but their suggested fix was exactly what I had done to get the cameras working. Rock solid company, knowledgeable tech support, and rock solid product. Very pleased

Really good for my business

Good price easy install clear picture

The system is very good and images are clear day and night. Had a little trouble bringing them up and wasn't sure if it was a setting or what the problem was. The only way to contact support is by email. They really are not help, by the time they would reply and me fooling around with it, I finally got the cameras to show on the screen. (Don't ask what I did, I don't remember, as I just try diff things and they just showed up). Then I had trouble with seeing 4 cameras on 1 screen. Instead, it split them up on 2 diff pages. No instructions on what to do, had to just fiddle around and found where if you put them on 9 per screen, you can then move images to any position by sliding them around. Again, tech was no help with this. Found it myself. All in all, once I got everything going, all good.

Excelente ip system easy to install

Very good value, and responsive support, Doris the support tech was quick to provide a solution. Have setup in work area testing and getting use to features, not setup outdoors and don't know about infrared aspects so my review could change, but so far so good.

Best product I have ever brought. If you are having problems with your neighbors this cam picks up the things they say which is really helpfun

Easy set up

We had a hard drive that failed on our video recorder... the tech support was very thorough and proactive... they ended up replacing the hard drive through Amazon, very easy, very quick... Problem solved.. thanks.
