Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive. Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick. Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order). I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package. Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end. Thanks, EE for delivering so quickly and your exceptional customer service, despite ALL the issues being with the customer!

Good price, great comms/tracking and good products from this store, I will buy again. Got the Dayton Audio DTA-2.1BT mini amplifier. Although it is mini with humble specs, it is quality and punches above its weight with loud and quality sound in a super small quality (again) package. I previously bought a Kinter $40 mini amp (from ebay) to check what it is all about and although it works well (and well featured: mic, USB, radio), it definitely lacks the power (the rated 2x40w feel more like 2x10w with clipping @75% of input/volume :( ) of this mini amp beauty Dayton Audio amp. With the Dayton, the 2x50w (4ohms) feels like a good usable and loud 2x25w in 8ohms and the added bass out (passive subwoofer) works wonders (100w in 4ohms, so 50w in 8? anyway, it kicks my Quadral passive sub with gusto and both cope well). Yes there is price difference ($40 vs $160 but you get what you pay for). The Kinter is back in the box... Elite Electronics and Dayton Audio have delivered on their promises. I am a happy customer.

I cannot praise Elite Electronics enough. Unbeatable prices and super fast shipping aside, they have re-defined my standards of customer service; and above all, knew exactly what they were talking about. I have attempted to go to 3 different local stores in Cairns that specialize in car audio for very specific advice - and not one was as knowledgeable or as courteous to me while I was looking for advice before my purchase (what size and type box in sq.ft to use for the specific 4OHM 12" kicker subwoofers I had in mind, and what amp would provide sufficient 4OHM 1000RMS output for my needs. Difference in prices aside, I am now questioning why I would ever shop locally in Cairns ever again, instead of online! Mary, from Elite Electronics was super professional and with a dash of humour, when explaining to me which amp would do the job and why i should bridge the channels, and even provided helpful diagrams!
