I was a little hesitant about purchasing this since it was cheaper than any other place I can find this electronic gimbal at, plus, I received a complimentary 32gb SD card. I use it for my personal pictures/videos and it has a good read/write speed of up to 80mb/s. The gimbal itself comes in great condition. Works well like it’s supposed to. The delivery took 3 days to deliver after it shipped. The only little hiccup i noticed was that there is a little piece of metal carved out of the beautiful red ring that surrounds the logo. This doesnt look like a cosmetic damage from use (this is a brand new condition product after all) but more from like a slight defect from the machine it was manufactured from. It’s like it was perfectly sliced with a knife that can thinly slice metal. It’s very, very slight and only noticeable from an angle. It’s not like it’s an ugly dent or anything. Im very nit picky but this actually didn’t bother me at all, I’m just so satisfied with the product. This DOES NOT affect the functionality at all. The gimbal works great. You can upgrade to the newest version through windows (I found mac hard to do, and the app doesn’t find the newer version for you and cant tell you what version you’re on). I will say the small-medium hand people will find this hard to grab since the gimbal isnt that ergonomic or has that much space to hold it without accidentally touching the buttons. I suggest getting the Pergear tripod to get a little bit more grip. Beware though, if you balance it only holding the tripod then you will be in danger of putting a lot of stress on the screw and it can potentially break. This gear may make filming smoother and easier but it does not mean you can handle it carelessly. Treat it with care. You can add 2 other accessories to the sides since it has additional screw holes for mics and monitors. Also, i recommend getting a screw on quick release plate to save time on removing and mounting your camera.And Thanks for the greatly priced product from the seller!!!Read full review...

It works great with my Canon T7I. Unit simply doesn't lock in place very well. Only flaw I found so far. App works great!!!
