Unbeatable performance for the price!
I defy you to find another 6.5" coaxial anywhere near this price point that sounds as good... Can't be done! As someone who has always run brands like Polk Audio, Infinity Kappa Series (and Kappa Perfect Series) and Alpine Type Rs in my own setups I wasn't sure about these. When it came time to upgrade my fiance's Jeep factory sound system I knew she's not as discerning a listener as I am and decided to give these a go. Got them running on a nice little Kenwood aftermarket, nothing fancy, a standard Kenwood not even an Excelon. They run crossed over at the head unit @ 100hz (no external power amp) and they sound amazing with the single 10" Infinity Kappa Perfect subwoofer I had laying around. Anyone looking to simply upgrade factory crap speakers can't go wrong with these. Someone looking to build their first entry level fully amplified sound system on a 5ch amp or 4 ch and dedicated sub amp but have a tight budget, these are for you!! I am simply blown away at how good these are for their price.
