Jbl quality even on basic speakers

Really impressed with the bass output and overall clear sound for the price. JBL delivers good quality sound for all price points. While these do have foam surrounds vs rubber on their higher end speakers along with slightly cheaper tweeter the sound does not vary all that much from the higher end line. Only limitation is the amount of power these can handle. Do very well on head unit power though. Very sensitive and sound awesome in my second vehicle. My primary vehicle has the higher club line. Both JBL and both impressed for the prices paid. Recommended

Better Than OEM Speakers.

These replaced OEM door speakers in a 2007 GMC 3500 Cargo Van. The OEM speakers were 8 ohms with paper cones with no tweeter. The JBL speakers are two-way 4 ohms with a stiffer synthetic cone and a tweeter. The lower impedance allowed the amplifier to deliver more power. The difference was amazing! They have a much better response across the frequency spectrum. The lows were well-defined and tight, the highs are crisp and clear. There's no doubt the JBL's are a far superior speaker than OEM.

Very nice

Didn't know Harmon Cardon made JBL. Quality is good, good sound. Only complain would be they don't come with the wiring. Also not a perfect fit in my doors took little modification. very happy with these. I had pioneer before like these a lot better.
