In-Car Audio Visual AV Receivers 7 Screens Under Over

Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive. Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick. Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order). I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package. Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end. Thanks, EE for delivering so quickly and your exceptional customer service, despite ALL the issues being with the customer!

Website was easy to navigate and I was quickly able to find what I was looking for. I initially shopped here because it had the best price for what I wanted but ill be returning because of the fantastic customer service. I queried about a package taking longer than expected (shipping into WA due to COVID) and Liam went above a beyond helping me out, with very prompt and informative replies. Ultimately my delivery arrived with no problems. Honestly the best customer service experience I've had online. Will definitely shop with these guys again. 5 stars.

Fantastic customer service!

For us there are two integral elements of a retail experience which we weight differently to each other. Those elements being customer service- 65% or more, price- 35% or less. Customer service trumps lowest price everytime, for us it's the primary consideration, we apply more bias to it over price. *Before I go on further I'll settle this price issue, Elite Electronics are very competitively priced against big international online stores, just look, you'll see. *With regard to online shopping there's one other critical aspect for us. It has nil to do with the retail experience & everything to do with the fact that international vendors aren't subject to Australian Consumer Protection Laws. Some international vendors are excellent, some are not, some resellers sell quality products but have substandard customer service etc. *In the case of Elite Electronics we are protected by Australian consumer protection laws which are excellent. I needn't have been concerned about this though because I honestly believe they operate with integrity. *Now I'll start to get into specifics of my experiences with Elite Electronics. I have a YouTube channel and wanted a drone for videography purposes. I selected a drone fitting my budget. I exchanged a series of emails with the staff (this was my first drone & wanted to get the most suitable for me) about the one I chose, their interested emails made me feel supported & valued. After these emails I changed my mind about my drone of choice. I'd found another that better met my needs, in the same price bracket. Thus the to & fro emailing continued. *I had dealings with a number of staff during this process and all were helpful, friendly and great. Later, I again changed my mind about the selected drone. TBH I think I was a total pain in the posterior and they were very helpful and very patient. *I wound up changing my mind about the drone to buy a third time and the great support continued (I did buy this one). *In my experience great service before the transaction usually is backed up by great after-sales service/ support. They're traits, ethics is a habit and I'm pleased to say that EE surpassed all expectations. *Now I'll give my testimony about the EE level & quality of after sales service. Because I am to fly this drone for commercial purposes it has to be registered with CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority). *This meant it had to be weighed and it weighed less than the manual said it did. I contacted EE about this and they did not argue the point, they weighed items themselves and completely agreed with my readings. We agree that it's probably just a manufacturer printing mistake but they acknowledged the discrepancy. *Then I had trouble finding the serial number, needed for registration so I again reached out to EE. They took a couple of days to reply, I'm guessing they asked their suppliers and they in turn asked up the chain. It turns out that this maker doesn't use serial numbers, I got my registration another way from CASA. They assigned me a unique registration number which I have to engrave on the drone. *To summarise EE give outstanding customer support/service, both before and after the point of sale.
