7" Screens

A 7-inch class touchscreen head unit (about 6.75" to 7") puts your phone's maps, music and messages on the dash through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Most units here are double DIN size, from Kenwood, JVC, Boss Audio, ATOTO and Clarion. Kenwood's DMX6523S, DMX7525S and DMX8521S connect wirelessly, as do the DDX920WDABS and DDX9020DABS, which also have DAB+ built in. The Kenwood DMX5023S and JVC KW-M590BT connect by USB.

Most units have a reversing camera input, and the Boss Audio BCPA9690RC comes with a camera. The ATOTO X10 runs Android apps with GPS and 4G LTE. Steering wheel control and fitting kits are vehicle-specific, so check what your car needs before you buy.
