Amp quality

I’ve had these amps in the past best amp in every way decided to get a bit bigger than the last one I had hate to say it I can’t get it to adjust the way I want to sound quality is just not there I have a double din kenwood steroio new jbl woofers 12 inch new and still can’t get the sound that I’m used to changed all my wires to thick gage speaker wire also and still doesn’t sound good I had a 3200 watt last time and it was all that till it got stolen if I can’t get the sound that I know it should be given either the amp is defective or the quality went down hill I hope it’s defective cause hypotonic amps were the bomb we’ll see
