It's a Boss
For the price points, this is excellent. Boss is a trusted name in audio (typically for music), so I didn't hesitate to purchase. Very happy with it, works as it says.I'm using it on a DirectTV box running into a home stereo system with powered subwoofers. No more noise, no more buzz (aka 60 cycle hum). Were it any more expensive I'd probably have gotten something else, but they priced this thing perfectly. Don't hesitate to buy this if you need one.

WORKS !
I have 400 watt Boss Amp and four 60 watt triaxial speakers. No big bass so I cant speak for the subwoofer crowd. I'm just running on two channels. Ran the troubleshooting guide, even a re-wire .. but still couldn't get rid of the alternator noise. My car just has "dirty power" .. . After three months putting up with the annoying wine, I installed this B25Non my RCA IN to my amp and it solved my ground loopback problem !

Great Product
My sound system sounded fine when the car was turned off, but when I started the car it would make this loud whining sound. If I revved the engine it would raise in pitch. I found out it was most likely being caused by noise from the alternator and that a noise suppressor could work. This was the cheapest one I could find and it matched the brand of the amp i bought so I said what the hell. I have to admit that I didnt believe it would work and I would end up still taking it to a shop. But I plugged it in and it worked like a charm. No noise at all! Great buy!

Boss Audio Ground Loop Insulators
I was having low "alternator whine" sounds coming out of my speakers with a 1600watt MOSFET installed in the trunk despite grounding both the MOSFET's to the chasis as well as the recievers ground. I plugged this in directly to the amp and the other end going to the reciver and I instantly the alternator noise was gone.I turn my speakers to the max as a stress test to see if there was much difference and clarity...and really....if there was any difference I sure couldn't tell but the fact of the matter it elimated that annoying buzzy alternator revving RPM sound and even the floor noise and everything sounds so much better. I especially like this because I mounted these in the trunk so they don't shake all over the place and stay put while driving.

Speaker static
If you have static in a pair of speakers this might be the answer depending on what type of static it is and if its coming from the car's electrical system. For the price it is certainly worth a try.

Good buy
Had whining and static coming through speakers from the alternator because of the 1,000 watt amp running my interior speakers. Connected the noise filter, and now it gone!! Only downside is it decreases music volume by a small percent but other than that it’s a great product if you have multiple subs and amps!!

I bought this module in hopes of alleviating a low frequency noise in the stereo of my electric golf cart. Unfortunately, it did not.

What a shame
I bough a boss amp it was good then an 8 inch sub that works pretty good and then I got this worthless piece of plastic. I thought it was of good quality based on previous purchases but it's just plastic and the rcv attached to it had a bad connection and when it's close to ground the noise on the speakers is unbearable. Very dissapointed and will rethink future purchases from this brand now.
