My 3rd ever sealer and the best so far
After issues with the Geyron I saw the RH on special and grabbed it. Soooo glad I did. Very similar to my first sealer it makes the process so easy. Good vacuum suction and most importantly a fantastic sealing element that makes strong quality seals almost first time every time. Hoping to get 3+ yrs out of this like my first with regular use and if I do it will be great value for money. Only thing that would help improve this one is a cutting tool on top like the Geyron - it was surprisingly handy.

Works well
As I have not used a vacuum sealer before I do not have a comparison. But having used this one on a few different things eg. leftovers and chicken fillets I have found this to be fantastic. It is compact and fits in a plastic tub with its bags that I keep in the pantry so it is easy to get to. It is very easy to use even for someone like me who is not good with things like this. The only regret that I have is that I didn't buy one years ago!

Fantastic! Love our Russell Hobbs heat sealer! So easy to use. Doesn't take long to seal. And has moist and dry options which makes it multi purpose. So far have only used it for meat and veg for the soups vide. Would definitely recommend

Love Hobbs!
I liked the Russell Hobbs design better than other brands so naturally I was drawn to this brand. Just purchased this today. It's very fast and does an excellent job. The only thing I dislike is how loud it is but it literally takes seconds to vacuum and seal. Very pleased and happy with this product. Would absolutely recommend.

Works well enough but a little underwhelming
I replaced my old cheap vacuum sealer that lasted 15 years with this Russell Hobbs RHVS1. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to vacuum seal as effectively as my old one. It does an okay job for basic sealing but I expected better performance given the brand and price. It's easy to use but overall I'm a bit disappointed and wouldn't purchase it again if given the choice.

Great for home use
Purchased this in Sep '19 and was really happy with it's ease of use and great functionality. Although after about 6-8 months we had issues with it and it would start to take a while to extract all the air and/or not seal at all. Thankfully it was under warranty and I was able to get a brand new one in its replacement and haven't had issues since. We mostly use ours for freezing meats and it makes for an easy defrost and the most I've sealed in one session is about 15 medium/large sized bags...
