Over a year ago we have ordered floor scale. Delivered promptly. Year later the scale have developed a fault. We have contacted Elite Electronics as the scale were within warranty period. Elite Electronics responded promptly, asked for details and contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. We were requested to provide video evidence of the fault (which is not hard to produce these days with any mobile phone). However we went for Christmas break and reverted back with evidence only month later. Even though Elite Electronics staff was patient and organized a replacement scale to be despatched direct to us. In all: great after-sales service! We are inclined to shop with Elite Electronics in the future.

Great cusomer service!

I just ordered ==another== Ionmax ION390. My first order is already clearing the smoke from the bushfires in my lounge room and I've ordered another another for the bedroom. I suffer from asthma, but I've stopped coughing and spluttering. Elite Electronics were very swift to delivery my order to Sydney. As they said, I ordered before 11am on Monday and it was dispatched same day. It was delivery by lunch time Tuesdsay. Fantastic.

Fantastic - I want another one

Swift delivery and timely reply. Quick summary: Ordered on Monday night, dispatch confirmation Tuesday afternoon. Tracked to courier warehouse by Wednesday night. Delivered to my door by Thursday at 1pm. Detailed summary: Ordered a foldable treadmill for around $720 on Monday night and paid via PayPal. Received the automated email instantly. Their website states they dispatch orders after 11am each day and I hadn't received a 'real' email regarding my order by 2pm, so I enquired about its status. Coincidentally, the dispatch email arrived a moment after I sent my email, meaning they only send those out upon dispatch, which makes sense. As I live near their warehouse, I was curious to see whether they would use a local delivery service, but my order was treated like any other and on this occasion was picked up by Hunter Express just before 5pm on Tuesday afternoon. I received a follow-up email to my enquiry the following day, so about a 24hr response time. Hunter Express only updated my tracking once they had scanned the item into their Melbourne facility in Dandenong on Wednesday evening. They provided an approximate delivery period by Friday at the latest. The following morning on Thursday, I checked the tracking number and it mentioned that my item was on board for delivery by around 12.07pm. I figured the time wouldn't be 100% accurate, but it was nice to have a ballpark idea of when to expect it. The driver arrived just before 1pm and carried the heavy item over his shoulder directly through my front door and was quite friendly about it. I just had to confirm my name upon arrival. I opened the box up immediately, so I could make sure the treadmill worked properly. There were no issues and it worked perfectly. So to sum up, Elite Electronics probably won't make an exception to your order even if you live only 10mins away from their warehouse. So perhaps go for the pick up option if you're keen to get it faster. Their email response time may take a day, but I didn't have an urgent enquiry, so not sure if they would respond faster for those queries. Even though Hunter Express has a poor reputation online, the couple of times I've had them deliver to me, I've had no problems and they got to me quickly. Happy with my experience all up and can recommend Elite Electronics.

This is my forth purchase from Elite Electronics. Every time I have bought something from them the transaction has been faultless. Recently received a new subwoofer, it arrived undamaged and a day early! Communication was excellent. The quality of the products I have purchased has been top class. I did have a warranty claim a few years ago and the service I received then had a major influence on my decision to keep purchasing from Elite. They really did offer 5 star service. Can't recommend shopping at Elite enough! 10/10!!!
