Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive. Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick. Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order). I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package. Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end. Thanks, EE for delivering so quickly and your exceptional customer service, despite ALL the issues being with the customer!

I had been looking for an eReader to replace The Wife's old Sony product and, requiring access to Library download borrowing, the Kobo was the way to go. Shopping around I found Elite Electronics had the best price available regardless of other store's sales at the time so I decided to give the business to this retailer. Fast delivery and the Kobo was exactly as advertised, The Wife was thrilled. She literally consumes 3-5 books per week so the unit got some pretty heavy usage. Roughly 10 months after purchase the USB connection began and got to the point we were unable to charge the unit at all so I contacted the company to inquire about options. Liam answered the "call" and was amazing, chasing up the return progress and providing regular updates throughout the process. Shortly after the product was sent back the replacement unit was delivered and order was restored. Thanks guys, we couldn't be happier

Great value, surprising after purchase support

I purchased a Yamaha RX-V6A Home Theatre Amplifier to replace my 20 year old Yamaha that was still going strong. I wanted to venture into Dolby Atmos and take advantage of the HDMI facilities. Unfortunately it went into self protection mode within a month. I persevered with it for another five months and two services to reset it but it failed me yet again. Elite Electronics had it looked at by their repairer and it was decided to replace the amplifier. Their email communications were excellent. Having owned Yamaha products for years I think that this issue was a strange one-off. I am very happy with my new amplifier and I would shop with them again.
