What a disapointing step down

I have been using the original AirFloss for more than 2 years and never looked back to conventional flossing. When I saw the new one I was excited about selectable 1-2-3 series of bursts or continuous operation and lager reservoir. However this handy feature came at cost of significantly reduced power. After cleaning with the new one I felt it did not remove anything at all. Then I took my old one and it finished the job nicely. I tried it several more times with the same result. It just does not remove food debris from between my teeth regardless how many bursts I apply (I tried up to 5 3-burst series) while the old one does it with one or two easily. Well, the new one may suit some people, especially those who prefer more gentle operation. However if you like the performance or the original AirFloss, do not buy Ultra to avoid disappointment with its weak action.
