What happens when the battery runs out?

Instructions to replace the battery are under the help menu in the app. The battery is a CR1632 replaceable coin cell.


Are you able to wear the watch while swimming?

Yes, you can. It has a water rating of 5 ATM.


Does the band display steps etc. so the child can see their stats without the app?

The band displays the time, date, steps, active minutes, chores completed, and coins earned based on chores. Additionally, it will display a timer (2, 5, 10, 20 and 30 min), a stopwatch along with serial number and software edition.

kid loves it but...

the surface is really not scratch resistant. for active young kids, they don't realize when they move around the surface get scratched. after using it for just a bit over a month, it has got some deep scratches already. otherwise it's good so far.
