How do I pair my phone with the watch via Bluetooth?
In order to use the connected features on your watch, you must pair your Garmin watch through the Garmin Connect app, rather than the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone. Install and open the Garmin Connect app from the app store. Once opened, be sure to bring your phone within 10m of your watch. Press "Light" to turn on the watch. The first time you turn your Garmin watch, it will automatically enter pairing mode. Next step is to select an option to add your watch to your Garmin Connect account and follow the on-screen instructions through the app.
