Great for a stiff back!

I have really been enjoying the Halo Lumbar Massage Stretcher. I'm a mom of 3 and a bartender so this has been great for my stiff back and pain relief. My back is hard to crack and it helps with that as well.

A big difference in a small package.

I've been using the lumbar massage stretcher for about 3 weeks and I'm honestly so glad I bought it! Mornings used to be rough on my back and super stiff and tight. This little device has made a big difference. It's super easy to use. The stretch it gives my back after about 5 mins is perfect for loosening up my muscles. Great value and excellent quality!

5 Minute Stretch...Lower back feels great!

I tend to get a stiff lower back from too much driving or lifting or sitting. I laid down with Halo under my lumbar and stretched my legs and back while gently rocking side to side. After only 5 minutes my lower back is really loose. Easy daily regimen. Really happy with this!

Not for me.

Unfortunately I returned it after one look. It doesn't work better than a foam roller IMO so not worth it if you have one. The quality was also meh.
