  • When will my order be shipped?

    We strive to dispatch all orders on the same business day if payment has cleared into our account before the 11am cut-off time. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within the next business day. In rare cases where a product can not be dispatched within this time frame, it will be explicitly stated on the product page.
  • What happens if my order is delivered when I am not home?

    Your order will be delivered to your door, and a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel can be collected from (if dispatched via AusPost), or a calling card will be left with instructions to arrange re-delivery (if dispatched via a courier service).
  • Do prices include GST?

    All listed prices are GST inclusive.
  • Do you offer price matching?

    Products that appear in stock on our site are, to the best of our knowledge, available and ready for immediate dispatch. In the rare case that our database does not align with our actual inventory or we cannot physically locate an item, we will promptly refund and inform you of the situation.
  • I’ve placed my order and haven’t received any further updates. What do I do?

    Please email us with the details of your order, and we will investigate and provide an update on the status of your order as soon as possible.
  • The item I purchased is faulty; what should I do?

    Please contact us with a detailed description of the fault, along with relevant photos/or a short video clip showing the fault that has been encountered. Our returns team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible with further instructions.
  • Who pays for return postage?

    We cover the shipping cost for all valid warranty returns where a product has been assessed and confirmed as being faulty.
  • I would like to return an item that is not faulty; is this possible?

    We offer a 30 days 'Change of Mind' or 'Incorrect Purchase' return requests on products that are unused, unopened and the tamper seal, if present, is not broken; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject these return requests as abided by Australian Consumer Law. A 15% restocking fee with a min charge of $10 and a max of $80 + a Handling fee at our discretion may apply if we elect to approve a return under these circumstances.
