Grandstream GXP2170 12 Line IP Phone 6 SIP Accounts Colour Screen VoIP

We use it at several locations with our 3CX PBX. Works great. Can't seem to find a way to reboot it remotely through its web interface, though. I still slightly favor Yealink phones with 3CX but not at double the cost.

Easy to get set up and customize, works great!

Starting in March, like many, I began working from home because of the Rona. Using a persistent site-to-site VPN to the corporate office I registered this SIP phone to our asterisk PBX and my extension. I spend a LOT of time on conference calls with vendors and coworkers and having a SIP device with clear, loud speakerphone and quick direct dialing to other internal extensions has been a lifesaver. This phone has been stable, had no issues configuring it or keeping it connected as long as my internet stayed stable.

I had no idea what IP phones were up until this one. I actually had to figure it out when I discovered there was no cord to plug it into the wall. Apparently our "regular" home phones are analog. This is something completely different. It works off the internet. And I absolutely LOVE it! I have a caller ID, the sound is terrific. You receive most of your voicemails with transcripts via your emails. We are just a small business and this phone is perfect for us.

The seller is great but the company or factorey has no support

Could not figure out how to set up auto answer.

I believed it to be a voip device that would work off of my wifi, but found it requires a landline utility to work.
