You are looking at the DUO version, which has a comfortable headband wearing style with a flexible microphone boom for the perfect positioning to your liking. The headband on this model is a little broader than the 3-in-1 version, so if your head is sensitive but do prefer a headband, then this is probably the best wearing style for you.
