it is perfect for what i needed - head sets to hook up to my laptop via USB for meeting through online platforms such as teams. the sound quality is good and headset comfortable. If I had to change one thing it would be the color of the cord - it is red which is distracting. I tuck it into my smock and it works. Good purchase.

Fine sound quality; apparently high power draw
The sound quality of the mic and headset seem fine. The physical control and indicator lights are handy, but the whole apparatus seems to have a high power draw; the control box gets slightly warm in use.
