Almost perfect.

Good - Large numbers and keys. Red light alert good visual. Bad - Come from a large family so would of liked a few more one button memory dial. Elderly parents didn't like 2 button dial option. Buttons slippery. Would of liked a speaker option so can skip having to pick up the hand piece which also becomes more difficult as you get older.
