You can tell that this portable car jump starter is heavy duty when you first pick the battery pack up. The battery pack is quite heavy. It weighs a few pounds. The housing feels very sturdy and well made. It took about two hours to fully charge the battery pack since it arrived with about 86% charged. The jumper has a couple of USB ports to charge other devices as well as a built in flash light, which is great for emergency situations. The haven't had the misfortune to try this jumper pack yet, but all signs suggest that this is a solid portable car jumper. I got this car jumper because I was stranded in my car during the pouring rain waiting for someone to come and help. That was not a fun situation to be in, so hopefully this jumper will allow me to avoid that situation again.

This is my favorite jump pack that I’ve had, ever. This jump pack has more starting power than any I’ve had. I would say double what many on the market have. That right there says it all for me, I mean isn’t that what you want in a jump pack? Power right. Ok ok this is a sleek stylish unit and it has the built in LED flashlight, it provides charging ports for emergency charging of your electronic devices, and the display tells of its charge status in percentages 0-100% and I like that. Many jump packs do not . Comes with a soft carry bag. You can’t go wrong with this emergency starting device.

I've owned a couple of these 'booster boxes' and one thing is for sure - this is likely the most lightweight & compact one I've had yet.Fortunately batteries have gotten smaller, lighter weight and higher in capacity. I'm really surprised how lightweight this device is. My old ones were like bricks!This device uses USB C for charging which is a definite improvement over USB micro in current capacity - much quicker charging of course. Also remarkable is the 74,000mWh capacity of such a small battery pack. It does take some hours to recharge completely but you don't need to recharge this device often, even with frequent use...I discovered that our tractor battery was totally discharged and did not have time to drive back to get a replacement, so I used this device to start the tractor - several times throughout the day as work had to be completed. Even though the battery was at less than 11 volts, this little box got the diesel motor up and running after a few attempts.We also used this device to start a garden tractor that had a very weak battery which luckily did recharge normally during it's use.My previous devices were good for about 2 or 3 jump starts and required recharging. This UTRAI device still had 69% showing on it's meter after all our uses!Although I haven't needed the 2x USB A outputs for charging phones, tablets or flashlights, I'm certain that the incredibly large capacity of the internal battery would barely notice if I connected all of the aforementioned devices at the same time. For those dark nights, there's a built in flashlight that is quite bright - more than sufficient to let you see what you're doing as you connect the cables, or just as a flashlight.The energy density of this device is kinda shocking...it's like a little power station!In conclusion, I'd recommend this device to anyone who drives a motor vehicle or uses any type of equipment that relies on a 12 volt battery.Very well designed, functions faultlessly.Two thumbs up...I love this thing!

My wife has been having battery problems lately and she has a similar product for her car that she loves so i decided to pick one up for myself and this thing is great. It's small, lightweight and gives you a peace of mind in the event your battery dies. It does take a while to charge but that's b/c there's a lot of juice in this thing. It's super easy and I've already been a good samaritan by helping a woman jump her in the parking lot of a super market. The jump took way less time than it would have if i had to pull my car around, pull out the long and tangled jumper cables and then hooked up our two cars. You just take the battery pack out, insert the provided jumper cable connectors and you're off to the races.Would highly recommend!

I have had an older DBPower that has saved me a lot of times, but being older, it did not have as much power as the newer ones, and sometimes had issues starting larger or colder engines. That prompted me to find a newer one and this one seems to do the trick. It is about half the size of my older one (including the case) and fits much easier into my console. Nice light and cables. I just read that the higher capcity batteries like this one don't require a "boost" button, but I'm still a little unclear about that, like if the battery shows no charge output at all - would the jumper still work. I'll let you know if I test this out.

If you can match red-to-red and black-to-black, you can jump start any dead car battery.The battery pack came 81% charged and using the included USB-C cable, it quickly charged to 100%. The jump starter has a port to attach the jumper cables which light up green when they're ready for use. The port is also specifically keyed to the cables, so no chance of plugging in anything wrong. Another nice feature is that there are also two USB out ports on the battery pack, so if you need to jump start your laptop, a mobile phone, or any USB device, you have a portable power bank to do so.As a safety feature, the jump starter has a two mode LED flashlight which will shine continuously or flashing for hazards.This is my second jump starter and, while they don't tend to get a lot of use, you'll be thankful you had it when you need it. I particularly prefer these battery jump starters over traditional cables as they allow you to self-jump your own car or to jump someone else without having to pop your own hood. As a father, I feel this has a huge safety advantage if you're on your own or you're not comfortable using cables. Plus, you have the added benefit of keeping your mobile devices topped off and ready for use.For the size and ease of use, this is a great value and, in my opinion, an essential tool for every car on the road.

This was much bigger and heavier then I expected. The battery must be quite a large lithium polymer to weigh this much. I like the charge percentage readout but I thought the alligator clips were a bit small. IMO they aren't motorcycle sized but more of a medium between normal jumper cables and mower/motorcycle sized chargers and jumper sets. While I have no doubt it should jump a large liter motor I'm not sure the clips will fit every terminal out there so consider if there is a bolt or nut you can clamp onto before ordering.

Seems to be well made, and the display is easy to read. Very easy to use, and had no problem starting a dead 4.4L V8. Easy to transport and store in the glove box, or under the seat. A must for every vehicle. Claims to discharge at up to 150C. Very lightweight and portable.

When I got this I immediately took it out of the box to check it out and was surprised that it wasn't super heavy. I watched the video to see how it works and it couldn't be simpler. Everything you need to jump a car is included - including the electricity as it was already charged (lol). It was at 85%, so I went ahead and charged it up to 100% before I put it in the car. I feel much safer knowing that I can use this if I end up with a dead battery. Also, now I have a much greater comfort level with helping out someone who needs a jump. I won't have to park my car next to them, open the hood, etc. I can just use this to be a good samaritan.It claims that it will start 70 cars before running out of power - I find that hard to believe. But seriously, if you use it just once you will have already saved the cost by not needing to call for a tow. Given that and the fact that you can also use it to charge electric devices through an attached USB port, I think it is an excellent value.
