Unusual testimonial but worth acknowledgement

I purchased and paid for an item from this company last night. Later, I had second thoughts about the applicability of my purchase to my particular needs. I sent an email to them and instantly they put my purchase on hold until I had time to think. After courteous and helpful exchanges with them I came up with an alternative which they sadly couldn't supply. That was today. Eventually, they agreed to refund my purchase minus reasonable charges. The money is back in my account tonight. In a world of fly-by-night sellers it was so refreshing to come across a company with real integrity. Thank you.
