Great cusomer service!

Over a year ago we have ordered floor scale. Delivered promptly. Year later the scale have developed a fault. We have contacted Elite Electronics as the scale were within warranty period. Elite Electronics responded promptly, asked for details and contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. We were requested to provide video evidence of the fault (which is not hard to produce these days with any mobile phone). However we went for Christmas break and reverted back with evidence only month later. Even though Elite Electronics staff was patient and organized a replacement scale to be despatched direct to us. In all: great after-sales service! We are inclined to shop with Elite Electronics in the future.
