Elite are great to deal with. I've purchased products from them before because they have great prices and they use registered shipping (a must for me).

Recently I had an amplifier that was faulty. I emailed Elite and after explaining the issue and trying a couple of troubleshooting ideas, they were happy to provide for a refund for the amplifier once I had sent it back to them.

This is better than a lot of experiences I have had with other electronics suppliers, including big brand brick and mortar stores (automotive stores in particular).

Definitely recommend Elite!
