Amazing After Sales Service From Kara

I purchased a Strike Universal cradle and swivel mount combo after my 3 year old pivot mount cracked and was concerned that the new one I received was not authentic Strike because the replacement didn’t look the same. I emailed Elite Electronics asking if the item was genuine and I received a very pleasant reply advising the product design may have been upgraded recently but assured me the item was genuine Strike. I managed to adapt the mount so it fitted my old cradle so I am a happy chappie. Kara also assured me that the product has a 3 year warranty which made me even happier.. Elite Electronics come highly recommend.

I purchased an azdome ar08 front and rear dash cam/ reverse camera for my vehicle. I initially had an issue with the firmware corrupting but the team at elite electronics helped resolve it by email by providing me with with the update and steps to install it. They were very helpful in fixing the issue. The product has been working really well since the update and for the price I am extremely happy with the purchase and would reccomend it to others. even with this small issue it is still hundreds of dollars cheaper than big name brands so I can live with that. It takes good quality footage in day and night aswell as having a reverse camera is very helpful. I added the GPS antenna to it so it shows the vehicle speed and coordinates to the footage.

Super easy web site to navigate and great products. One of the few website that actually states stuff is out of stock so you don't purchase and get an email to say not available lol I purchased the 1Mii B03 Pro Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver ESS DAC AptX Optical (1Mii B03 PRO) and it was fast postage and the unit works perfectly. Very happy and will defs deal with Elite again :)
