I purchased a Dayton BST-1 Pro from Elite Electronics, out of the box it was faulty. I contacted Elite Electronics to let them know that there was an issue and a return was promptly organised. Once sent back it was thought that it may have burnt out and they needed to send it back to the manufacturer for a proper inspection. Elite Electronics was awesome, to say the least. The whole process was so easy, they were on top of it all the way through to the end and kept me updated constantly. The product was found to be working properly, but rather than send it back to me, Elite Electronics are shipping me a brand new one. Now you simply cannot beat that for Customer Service!! I will definitely be purchasing more products from them in the future.
