Excellent product, excellent After Sales Service

I purchased a Steelmate PTS400Q Rear Parking Assist 4 Sensor System from Elite Electronics. I installed the unit with 4 sensors but when testing the unit, I received a fault message on the LED screen. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that one of the sensors was faulty. I contacted Elite Electronics & explained the fault & what i had done to find the problem. After a few emails, their representative Liam said they would contact the importer & a new sensor would be shipped.
Today the new sensor arrived & after installing this, the problem is now resolved. The system itself is of very high quality & would advise anyone planning to buy an aftermarket reversing sensor, do not go for a cheap Ebay version but invest a few dollars more in a high quality unit such as this one.
The after sales service of Elite Electronics is outstanding & I would highly recommend both the product & the company.
