Amazing Warranty service

I purchased a SVS PB-13 Ultra subwoofer from Elite Electronics about 18 months ago. Unfortunately during some heavy bass lines, the amp decided to stop working. I was stressing about how I was going to move this thing for repairs (as it weighs over 70kgs and has a piano black finish). But after speaking to Mary at Elite Electronics, within 7 days I had a replacement amplifier at my front door with clear instructions on how to replace it. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service this good! A massive thank you to both Elite Electronics and SVS for their outstanding customer support and incredible product backup service!!
