Great Service

The product ordered was at a great price and the order was filled promptly with the whole process supported by terrific communication. Whilst travelling in Far North Queensland we encountered a problem with the product. On contacting the friendly customer service department we were able to make arrangements to return the product at our convenience. On doing this the fault was diagnosed and the problem sorted out within a few days - fantastic speedy & friendly service.
