I queried about a package taking longer than expected (shipping into WA due to COVID) and Liam went above a beyond helping me out, with very prompt and informative replies. Purchased a Kobo from them after getting some advice from the staff. It was shipped the next day and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was faulty and I had to return it, but that was no problems and it was replaced. Had no troubles and would buy from them again.
