Elite Electronics has a range of resonably priced quality electronics gear, especially for home entertainment and car audio. The ordering was hassle free, I received regular updates on what was happening and the free delivery was fast. A lot of competitors play the game where if offered, free delivery is very slow or they offer a great price, only to be destroyed by unreasonable delivery costs. The Nakamichi item I ended up ordering is not even easy to find elsewhere in Australia. Thank you and I'm sure I'll buy more gear from Elite Electronics in the future!

I purchased a SVS PB-13 Ultra subwoofer from Elite Electronics about 18 months ago. Unfortunately during some heavy bass lines, the amp decided to stop working. I was stressing about how I was going to move this thing for repairs (as it weighs over 70kgs and has a piano black finish). But after speaking to Mary at Elite Electronics, within 7 days I had a replacement amplifier at my front door with clear instructions on how to replace it. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service this good! A massive thank you to both Elite Electronics and SVS for their outstanding customer support and incredible product backup service!!

Amazing Warranty service

As I was in need of a replacement Android Smartphone after many years with the same Motorola model, I started doing research, when able, on what constituted a decent up-to-date Smartphone at an acceptable price point. After looking at many Android models and specifications along with reviews I made the decision to choose another Motorola Smartphone as my former unit had been so reliable. I was wanting the confidence of dealing with a local firm who would be easy to contact and provide all the necessary measures should some warranty applicable problem or fault occur with the new device. Reading online the 'testimonials' and other information about 'Elite Electronics' I felt confident of buying my next phone from here. I wasn't disappointed. The transaction was straightforward and efficient and over the next 5 days I was kept up to date as to the progress of my order.
