My first experiance with these guys has been horrible. Paid express shipping and still havent received my parcel. Its not elites fault its theyre couriers fault. Star track is the courier expected to deliver but theyre hopeless , useless and just completely ignorant towards me. Id love to continue purchasing from here but after this experiance i wont be spending my well earnt money on disappointment

Purchased a new shaver head

We purchased a Braun Silk Export Pro 5 IPL through Elite Electronics a few months ago. Their website was user-friendly with the ability to easily locate what we were looking to purchase. The large icons, colouring and drop-down menus made it very simplistic to navigate. Elite Electronics product range is extensive and reasonably priced. They are competitive with other websites and the big stores. We found they had the best price for the device we purchased and we had previously completed extensive research. The product arrived very quickly after placing the order and was exactly what we ordered. After a couple of months, there was an issue with the device, nothing to do with Elite Electronics, however I contacted them via email and they responded very quickly. Whenever I sent an email Liam answered within a couple of hours and offered various solutions to resolve the issue. The emails were always from Liam, so it was not a case of dealing with someone different every time. Liam's customer service was exceptional and should be commended. We would definitely use Elite Electronics in future when purchasing electrical devices.
