The OEM then had production issues which delayed my order, but at every stage Elite Electronics kept me informed of the situation and offered me alternative solutions, whether to cancel the order, provide a refund or continue. I naturally continued the order and true to their word, Elite kept me informed. The OEM provided their warehouse with the items required and within a day I had the items at my home!
