I got a steering wheel control when I changed the stereo in my car (JVC unit in a Renault Clio 2007). Finding the right product was difficult but got guidance from them to get the right connectors. The order came pretty quick and I even got some support to figure out the instructions.

Good service and support

Purchased from EE a couple of weeks ago whilst piecing together a new home theatre system. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing competitive. Within a day after placing my order, I was advised that it had been dispatched with TNT. That's quick. Unfortunately, several days later, it appeared that I had not received my items. I checked the tracking service provided by TNT which indicated that it had been delivered the day after I received notification of dispatch (ie, two days after my order). I reached out to EE and they were onto it quickly, confirming when it had been delivered and even who signed off on it (at my workplace). I had not come into contact with the person who had signed off in the meantime. In any event, EE kept on it, until the issue was resolved either from my end or theirs. So much so, that the next day the TNT driver that had delivered the package came past the office to advise staff here that the item had been dropped off on a particular date and advised who signed off on the package. Long story short, the items were placed in storage and the only miscommunication was on my end. Thanks, EE for delivering so quickly and your exceptional customer service, despite ALL the issues being with the customer!

Good Prices. Fast Delivery. Excellent Customer Service.

I purchased a Dayton BST-1 Pro from Elite Electronics, out of the box it was faulty. I contacted Elite Electronics to let them know that there was an issue and a return was promptly organised. Once sent back it was thought that it may have burnt out and they needed to send it back to the manufacturer for a proper inspection. Elite Electronics was awesome, to say the least. The whole process was so easy, they were on top of it all the way through to the end and kept me updated constantly. The product was found to be working properly, but rather than send it back to me, Elite Electronics are shipping me a brand new one. Now you simply cannot beat that for Customer Service!! I will definitely be purchasing more products from them in the future.

Every aspect was perfect

Their catalogue may seem a bit small (at least for what I was looking at) but they have great competitive pricing for the products they stock. The free delivery is also a plus. They keep you informed of what's happening with your order and the transparency makes a big difference to me. My order arrived much earlier than expected and the product works perfectly. Overall highly recommended.
